This festival is originally conceived by the Municipal Council on Culture and the Arts, History and Tourism in 2003 as a compliance to the mandate of promoting the local culture and history and inspired by the emergence of various festivals in the region, the Pasidungog kay Sr. San Miguel. - sanmiguel-iloilo.gov.ph

The Pasidungog Festival is taking its ride for the people to feel the warmth of having their city sealed. Talisaynons rejoices as the Charter Day gala paint the town red in the month of February.
